I keep getting a Blocked Nose every morning when I wake up. What is wrong and are there any cures? - every morning blocked nose

For almost 2 years I have this nasal congestion on waking in the morning, am in very good when I go to bed at night, though. I went to the doc and called me with this prescribed Beconase nasal spray. But dosent work. So I asked myself if something wrong, or if there is something I could try. Thanks
